Property Management Services Authority：New edition - "Confirmation of Hong Kong Property Management Work Experience" (Confirmation) was uploaded to the website of the authorities on January 8 this year. Part B(II) of this version has added "Subordinates (positions, total number of people) under management", and the company must provide information on this item to applicants applying for a temporary property manager license.
Starting from February 1, 2021, only the new version of the confirmation letter will be accepted. If your company has filled in the old version of the confirmation letter, you can attach the above information to Part B (II) and sign it by the authorized person of the company next to it.
